We want you to love your Stray Rats Girl purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@strayratsgirl.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color variants, subject to availability. Please email support@strayratsgirl.com to request an exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
